Question: What is the ordering process?

Answer:
1. Add all items to cart and complete to checkout.
2. An order confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours.
3. You will receive a tracking number when your order is ready to ship out (usually within 48 hours)
4. Your package will be delivered in 3-10 business days (7-20 business days for international orders)

Answer: You can enter your tracking number at www.usps.com to view the status of your package.

Question: What format are your movies?

Answer: Our movies are in DVD format, they can be played on most home DVD players and computers. If you are a new cusotomer, please order 1 dvd first and make sure it can be played on your devices.


Question: What can I do if the DVD is defective?

Answer: We only return store credit within 14 days you receive the DVD(s).


Question: How much do I pay for shipping?

Answer: Our shipping rate is $6.45 to everywhere within North America (USA and Canada) ; $10.95 to anywhere outside of North America.

Question: How long will I receive my movies after I order?

Answer: Please expect 3-10 business days depending on where you live for domestic orders. Please expect 7-20 business days for international orders.  


Question: How is it packed?

Answer: Titles shipped will not come with inserts, cases or covers, thus reducing the weight of packaging and the risk of embarrassment in case someone opens your package. In addition, for increased privacy, each title shipped to you will only have a small sticker with the studio number on it.

Answer: You can pay by Credit Card or Paypal.

Question: Is it safe to order using my credit card?

Answer: Yes. All credit card transactions is encrypted by 128-bit SSL.

Question: If I order a large numbers of products, will I be charged more?

Answer: No, our shipping rate is fixed.

Answer: Juicyjavs provides tracking numbers for all orders and we cannot be responsible for any postal delays. We do appreciate your patience and understanding of the slower postal service in this covid pandemic and all hard-working postal workers.
